    Manages the full range of protocol activities for S&T and the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC).Coordinate U.S. and foreign visits and provide guidance on matters of protocol for ambassadors, foreign dignitaries, government and Congress, and/or DoD officials.Develop programs associated with assigned visits and activities. Serve as the NMEC liaison for protocol matters. Plan and manage events for visitors.Identify information needs of S&T and NMEC visitors and coordinate presentation materials with S&T and NMEC Offices for each visit.Develop and customize briefings, audio-visual presentations, and other creative means to communicate S&T and the Center's mission, capabilities, and contributions to national security.As part of the NMEC Outreach and Engagement Team, identify individuals and groups the Center should engage with.Assist with the strategic review and planning of outreach events. Evaluate progress towards outreach objectives.Collect, analyze, and report data on the outreach program. Identify successes and improvements, and monitor progress toward strategic engagement objectives.Ensure administrative and security procedures are strictly followed in regards to all levels of visits.May be assigned special projects as required.
Education -At least five (5) years of protocol and/or visit engagement experience

Qualifications - TS / SCI, eligible for CI Poly

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications (including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

- Experience using SharePoint.
