You must meet the qualification requirements for this position no later than the closing date of the job opportunity announcement.To qualify for the SV-J pay band (equivalent to GS-14), you must have had one year of specialized experience at the SV-I Pay Band or GS-13 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that has equipped you with knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is defined as:
- Managing multiple innovation related projects serving as the point of contact for document preparation and presentation preparation.
- Evaluating and monitoring of projects and applying risk mitigation strategies to address issues.
NOTE: Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hour work week. Part-time experience is credited on a part-time ratio, i.e., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience. No additional credit is given for overtime.
Conditions of Employment:
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Level I Program Manager Certification within 18 months of appointment.
- OGE 450 disclosure is required for this position.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
