The Assistant Associate Administrator (AAA) for Resources and Performance Management manages agency-level integration of mission support budgets and financial management activities, and is the focal point for Field Centers and Headquarters on matters relating to mission support requirements.

  • TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Demonstrated ability to provide management direction and oversight for strategic and performance planning, agency level operations, program analysis, and budget development and execution

    2. Demonstrated ability to establish, evaluate, and measure the financial performance, program control and compliance of multiple crosscutting mission support activities, and recommend resource reallocations to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and to resolve issues that cross programmatic and/or institutional lines.
