Assistant Training and Recruiting Manager
Ridgewells Catering is seeking to hire an Assistant Training and Recruiting Manager for its staffing company Purple Tie by Ridgewells. Candidate will be responsible for recruiting and selecting applicants for all positions relating to the U.S. Open Championship as well as social events. Duties include recruitment; prescreening applicants; forecasting staffing needs based on event outlook; developing training schedules; and event management. This candidate must be able to carry out all roles and responsibilities of the Training and Recruiting Manager, in the case that he/she is absent. Requirements for this position include; at least one to three years of experience in recruiting, hiring and operations in the hospitality field; must be able to travel for lengthy periods of time to various locations throughout the year; strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to speak effectively before groups of staff; and strong interpersonal relations.
