    Other Notes:
    Status candidates must meet time-in-grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade level).

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, with eligibility for CNWDI and RD caveats, required. A CI polygraph examination may be a condition to work on certain projects/programs.

    Must consent to and pass pre-employment drug testing and be subject to periodic random drug testing thereafter.

    Travel in the performance of temporary assignments may be required up to 10% of duty time Performance during non-standard hours and weekends may be required to accommodate operational needs of the organization.

    You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualification:

    You must have one year Specialized Experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private/military sector) giving the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position. Experience must be reflected in your resume.

    Specialized experience required for this position is:
    • Experience leading administrative and operational tasks to include activities of the Division (all programs, administrative, personnel, policy, security, facility, and logistical activities) which support the Department of Defense's designated lead organization for synchronizing Department of Defense's global response to current and emerging threats and risks of WMD terrorism.
    • Experience overseeing information fusion, exploitation and planning activities required by the supported Combatant Commander(s) to meet responsibilities under the Unified Command Plan.
    • Experience to effectively measure program requirements and progress, and to provide in-depth analysis of Combatant Command mission objectives to senior leadership.
    • Experience leading an administrative team required to provide oversight for Division level, and individual requirements including Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR).



    Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
