JOB SUMMARY:

Monster Government Solutions (MGS) will be performing scheduled maintenance between Saturday, September 16th, and Monday, September 18th, 2017. You may not be able to complete the application process during this time. The scheduled maintenance will end 6:00 a.m. ET, Monday, September 18th.

This position is located in the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office of Assistant Administrator (OAA) in Silver Spring, MD.

This position will be filled under the DOC Alternative Personnel System (CAPS). This system replaced the Federal GS pay plan and structure. Under CAPS, positions are classified by career, pay plan, and pay band.

The ZA-4 is equivalent to the GS-13/14.

    To qualify at the ZA-4 or GS-13 level:

    SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZA-3 or GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following:
    • Providing administrative services including budget planning, travel management, space and property management, safety, timekeeping, records management, procurement and acquisition management; and
    • Serving as a supervisory administrative professional providing direction, assistance, and support for all operations and activities of an organization.

    ICTAP candidates will be eligible if it is determined that they have exceeded the minimum qualifications for the position by attaining at least a rating of Silver (Well Qualified).     ICTAP applicants MUST submit the following documents:

    1.
