Job Description:
Sentara Healthcare is accepting applications for an experienced Patient Account Team Leader to work Full Time Days at our Battlefield Corporate Center in Chesapeake, VA. Must have at least 2 years experience in billing.

Responsible for providing management support to the Team Coordinator on a daily basis. Participates in the employee selection process, including orientation. Trains new and current staff on existing and new processes. Serves as a technical resource to the unit. Assists in coverage of daily work within the unit, manages projects as directed, trouble-shoots problems and assists with the development of their solutions. Acts as Team Coordinator in absence of same or as directed.

Education Level
High School Grad or Equivalent

Experience
Required: Billing - 2 years
