A professional opportunity is available as a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting two key executives. This position provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Claims and the Senior Vice President of Underwriting and Risk Management. Specific responsibilities include: produces monthly and quarterly reports from a variety of sources, creates spreadsheets and analyzes data, prepares documents, memos and presentations, manages schedules and travel arrangements, and assists with special projects.The requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of administrative experience, high proficiency with MS Office applications including database management and desktop publishing, ability to create ad-hoc reports and presentations, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, strong analytical and problem solving skills in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to administrative problems and pay close attention to details. Additional requirements include strong communication and time/project management skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees, vendors and customers. A high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment can replace the Bachelor's degree requirement.
