Summary

PenFed is hiring a Product Coordinator, Auto in our McLean, VA location. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the development, coordination, and measurement of process and reporting of all auto related products and activities.

 

Essential Functions

    Oversee, coordinate and implement internal reporting and/or dealer communications efforts for indirect/direct auto channels. Responsible for maintaining current and accurate information across indirect and direct auto channels. Serve as a project traffic coordinator and oversee all administrative tasks. Assist in developing campaign journeys. Maintain marketing calendars, dealer contact reports and project plans for all auto related activities. Coordinate the development and review of campaign collateral such as emails, brochures, digital ads,  all internal and dealer communications. Generate reports, track and analyze results and develop action plans for campaign improvements. Serve as marketing liaison on cross-functional teams. Assist with Member Experience alerts when necessary Assist with other business development activities (non-auto) as needed.  
 

Education and Experience

Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or a related field is required. Minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience.
 

Supervisory Responsibility

    This position will not supervise employees.
 

Licenses and Certifications

    There are no additional certifications required.
 

Travel

    Ability to travel to various work sites and be on-call is required.
