Functional Duties/Responsibilities: Technical Service Representatives (TSRs) shall provide guidance on field and sustainment level maintenance to include diagnostics and repair of engineer equipment. The TSRs must be familiar with maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and technical experience and have a background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance, or military operations or maintenance, and be able to use common tools. Duties, tasks, and responsibilities of the TSRs shall include but are not limited to providing assistance in failure diagnosis; incorporating Government-approved engineering changes to Engineer equipment; providing maintenance, supply, warranty, and quality deficiency information to the lead TSR for reporting; assisting unit personnel in operator and maintenance procedures at field sites; warranty coordination; and assisting team logisticians/technical writers with the development, review, verification and validation of technical manuals, modification instructions, technical instructions, warranty iInstructions, and stock lists. The TSR shall act as an onsite liaison for the PM Engineer Program Office for matters related to ongoing acquisition/sustainment logistics activities and warranty coordination utilizing the Warranty & Services Support Claims Tool (WSSCT). 1. Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration and/or enhancement of company technical products, programs and systems. 2. Provides expertise for resolving technical problems. 3. Modifies products, programs and systems to customer requirements. 4. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. 5. Provides end-user training. 6. Performs various tests and documents results. 7. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. 8. Participates in special projects as required. Education Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Qualifications (Minimum): Labor category has up to three years of experience and a BA/BS Bachelor degree or a minimum of seven years of experience without a degree. This labor category is responsible for assisting senior positions and performing functional duties under oversight from senior positions. Qualifications (Preferred): Supplemental Certifications: 5 years’ experience supporting the engineer equipment associated to the five separate teams of PM Engineers: Power Systems Team, Fuel and Water Team, Mobility and Counter-Mobility (MCM) Team, Material Handling and Construction Equipment (MHE/CE) Team and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team.Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration and/or enhancement of company technical products, programs and systems. 2-5 years of related engineering experience.
