PROMOTION POTENTIAL: The full performance level of the position applying for will be determined by the HR Specialist handling the appointment prior to selection/appointment. 

To qualify at a your grade level you must meet the basic requirements and grade requirements.

Applicants must meet all qualifications and specialized experience as indicated by the OPM Qualification Standards.
