The Revenue and Collection Manager oversees billing, accounts receivables, collections, and assists in resolving customer requests to accomplish the efficient delivery of financial results
The successful candidate will manages a team of Accountants and Accounting Technician responsible for accounts receivables, billing, and debt collection/reconciliation. Provides overall objectives, policy guidance, and coordinates revenue projections. Develops and prepares financial statements, reconciles accounts, and ensures the accuracy of the Airports Authority’ revenue and accounting data.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (MQS):
To be rated qualified for this job, an applicant must meet all of the MQs listed below at the time of vacancy announcement closure.
1. Five years of progressively responsible experience in construction administration or construction procurement and contracting including recent experience in:
a) Negotiation of contract changes and claims resolutions; and
b) Management of design and construction projects and contracts.
2. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Contract Management, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that totals four years.
3. Certification as a Certified Public Purchasing Buyer (CPPB) or national or federal certification in a recognized procurement certification/credential within two years of hire or placement in the job.
3. Must have a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
1. Experience in the administration of public sector design and construction contracts from solicitation to closeout.
HOW YOU WILL BE EVALUATED:
