Assessment Manager,

Provide technical leadership, knowledge and support for construction systems, costs, engineering and scheduling.

Requires: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related and 36 months experience as project/cost/assessment Manager(Construction) or related. Experience in post contract cost management; management of capital projects of various sizes and complexities; Knowledge of design & conceptual level estimating; Cost reconciliation between two or more estimates, and variance of cost drivers; Cost & Scheduling Risk Analysis; CPM & Cost Load Scheduling; Life Cycle Cost Analysis; Knowledge of local construction market, pricing conventions and trends; Experience participating in the LEED or other green rating system process; Proficiency in Construction Cost Management software, Primavera Scheduling, Oracle Risk Simulation, Microsoft Office suite and On-Screen Take-Off Estimating Software applications.
