Solv seeks a proven project manager to provide full-time support to clients nationwide from our office in McLean, VA. Job responsibilities include overall project management; client communication; providing technical direction to project teams; quality, budget, and schedule control; subcontractor management; business development, marketing, and proposal development. Some travel will be required for this position.

Ideal candidates will hold a BS and MS in engineering or science with at least 8 years of project management experience. Relevant environmental practice areas include environmental compliance and auditing (e.g., CWA, CAA, RCRA, CERCLA); NEPA; EMS; water resources planning and design; flood risk management; hydrologic studies and design; hydraulic studies and design; natural resources management; and environmental modeling and analysis. Related experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, or other federal government agencies is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, technical writing, and verbal communication skills. Professional registrations/licenses are considered a plus (e.g., PE, PH, PG).
