Executive Personal Assistant
Seeking a motivated, energetic, charismatic Personal Assistant to a busy executive! Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating with household vendors/staff
- Managing all facets of household projects, renovations, maintenance, etc.
- Event planning and coordination of social activities
- Travel coordination
- Personal shopping/errands on an as-needed basis
- Manage household finances/general administration of household
- Providing administrative project support to work-related activities that intersect with personal activities
- Candidate must be trustworthy and willing to conduct a background investigation.
