Growing, high volume real estate sales team seeks highly organized individual to manage listing files from initial contact to contract. Must provide stability, know-how, and efficiency to busy real estate agents and team members.  Is detail-oriented, systematic, able to track shifting deadlines and priorities, organized and efficient. Ideal candidate prefers fast paced work environments.

Essential duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Oversee all aspects of sellers’ transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.
  • Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings and etc.
  • Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities.
  • Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate showings & obtain feedback.
  • Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses.
  • Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
  • Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.
  • Answering multiple phone lines and directing callers to appropriate personnel
  • Share agent promotional marketing responsibilities with other staff members.

Job Requirements:

Must be efficient and systems-oriented – ABSOLUTELY NON-NEGOTIABLE

Knowledge of real estate contracts helpful

Advanced Internet, computer (Word/Excel/database management & OS X) skills required.

Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and be flexible with changing needs in a team environment.

Need strong customer service skills

Real estate experience A HUGE PLUS and preferred, license helpful
