Provides programmatic and liaison support of varying levels by communication, presentation of data, devloping Access databases and procesess, conduct business, resolve scheduling and milestone date problems for various Department products and support efforts for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center.

  

1. Performs duties as a Data Analyst/Management Analyst, providing dynamics oversight of ship policies and procedures for ship maintenance between MARMC and the other regional maintenance organizations.

 2. Meets with management weekly for collaboration of sufficient reporting methods and time requirement strategies for job status and metric data in TAAS.

 3. Provides material readiness metric data of multiple engagement systems highlighting specific data and logarithmic trends.

 4. Ensures that good customer service is maintained at all times by complying with policies and standards for integrated logistic support within the organization.

 5. Maintains a number of Microsoft Access and Excel reports for tracking and updating multiple combat systems, ship schedules, battle groups, and technical support personnel.

 

6. Track workload requirements located in TAAS.

 7. Participates in special projects as required.

 

8. Performs program support tasks and related services necessary to prepare, update, and maintain various presentation packages consisting of charts, graph handouts; utilizing MS Access, Power Point, Excel and VISO.

 

 

 

Education 1. Requires a High School Diploma or GED.

 2. Associates Degree preferred.

Qualifications MUST HAVE CURRENT SECRET CLEARANCE

 

Minimum of three (3) years general hands-on experience performing programmatic and liasison support of varying levels by communicationg, presenation of data, establishment of data bases and processes, conducting business, resolving scheduling and milestone date problems.

 

Minimum of three (3) years specialized in ulitizing MS Access, Power Point, Excel, Sharepoint and VISO to analyze, prepare, update, and maintain various presentation packages consisiting of Excel chats and graphs, Access databases and Power Point presentations.

 

Proficient in MS Access, Power Point, Excel, Sharepoint, and VISO.

 

Previous work experience with the Mid-atlantic Regional Maintenance Center or other Navy Regional Maintenance Centers and Navy databases is preferred.
