Director of Digital User Experience - Office of Advancement

The Director of Digital User Experience develops UX strategy for the websites that connect Georgetown University with alumni, donors, and friends, and expand the community of people and organizations interested in supporting Georgetown's strategic priorities. The Director's scope is closely related to—and often intersects with—that of the head of the digital channel strategy team, who will help guide the director's work (through data-driven analysis of channel performance) and also execute some of the user experiences conceived by the director (e.g., through email template builds). These two leaders work closely to understand needs, propose solutions that align with broader digital strategy, and determine processes and timelines for implementation.
