• Refine pristine business opportunities for the company
• Connect, capture and conserve all existing customers of the company
• Partner with other departments and teams within the company to keep up with client expectations during critical situations
• Guarantee all contracts are completed correctly and efficiently
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Be aware of and resolve any customer challenges
• Candidates will have 3-4 years of sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Experience with overseeing a pipeline and closing contracts
• Proficient communication skills with both clients and within the company
• Must have the ability to develop relationships with senior level personnel
• Ability to flexibly adapt
