Human Resources Coordinator-Silver Spring

Grady Management Inc., one of the area's leading property management firms is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR functions such as recruitment, training and employee relations.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Maintain open positions listing and assist in recruitment effort
- Process background investigations
- Handle unemployment claims
- Track employee training and certifications
- Set up training and special events
- Ensure all sites are up to date with federal, state and local posting requirements
The qualified candidate will:
- Ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years HR experience.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations orally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail
- PHR certification a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
