Personnel Recovery Training Developer
Provide doctrine development and general analytical services to support the United States Army Personnel Proponent Office (PRPO) meet its Army force modernization requirements for the development and maintenance of Army PR courses and training products, development of several Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Army Techniques Publications (ATP); review and comment on assorted joint and Army publications for applicability to PR in the Operational Environment (OE); and post-isolation reintegration and SERE lessons learned development and implementation. Develop and maintain PR training products for proponent approval internal and external to TDC. Provides military subject matter expertise to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training by developing PR (commander and staff, post-isolation reintegration, SERE, PR officer, code of conduct) training products (internal and external to TDC). Maintain tasks, lessons and presentations, and programs of instruction (not the interactive media portion) for each of the dL courses and shall maintain the same for the resident courses, plus course management plans, staff and faculty certification plans, and individual student assessment plans 1. Provides analytical and technical support to PR course products (tasks, lessons, presentations, POIs. 2. Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion. 3. Gathers, processes, and analyzes operational data. 4. Assists with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs. 5. Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes. 6. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials. 7. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff. 8. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. 9. Participates in special projects as required. Education
- Bachelors Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
- Graduate of the Army Captains Career Course (CCC) or a Senior NCO Academy. Graduate of CGSC, the USASMA, or other MEL-4 producing schools preferred.
- Knowledge of Army and Joint organizational structure and staffing, processes and procedures, and doctrine; 5+ years of experience in military planning, leader dev., training, operations, force design/development and combat developments. Minimum of 3 years in military training dev. experience; Completion of TDC CourseProficiency and demonstrated ability with Microsoft office products and use of the NIPRNET and SIPRNET.Contemporary training & education development experience and working knowledge of the TRADOC REG 350-70 series and TRADOC PAM 525-8-2 The Army Learning Concept for 2015 and Secret Clearance
