All-Source Military Capability (MIL-CAP) or Order of Battle (OOB) Analyst, with an active TS/SCI (eligible) security clearance to support a government customer. The Sr. Intelligence Analyst shall provide qualified intelligence analysis and perform tasks to support the Navy’s Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Mission Areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Perform as part of a team assessing foreign military capabilities.Responsible for producing military all-source intelligence products relative to strategic, doctrine, and operational capabilities and potential threat issues.Apply intelligence analysis skills to monitor intelligence situations and produce all-source intelligence assessments pertaining to order of battle, force structure, military capabilities, key military leadership, military policies, plans, strategies, intentions, and their impact on force developments.Provide intelligence production tasking, content management, and dissemination support.Conduct research and analysis of data, produce finished intelligence, populate various databases, and disseminate a broad array of intelligence products dealing with military capabilities, military-political issues, national military strategy, strategic doctrine, regional relations, security, facilities, and resources.Produce finished intelligence products including information papers, articles, intelligence notes, and briefings for the warfighter, customer, and national level customers.Evaluate intelligence reporting, formulate collections requirements, and recommend areas of production and collection emphasis.
Education Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.

Qualifications Ten (10) years of experience (cumulative) in three (3) of the five (5) areas described below:

    Experience with DoD, Joint or U.S. Navy Intelligence policies, instructions, processes and procedures to collect and analyze intelligence data and information in electronic, print, photography and other data mediums.Experience with researching/collating intelligence analysis to meet naval and/or joint operational needs at the tactical and strategic level.Experience with preparation of intelligence estimates or intelligence annexes to orders and plans.Experience working in multi-level classification environments.Experience with developing and presenting threat/information briefs to operators as well as senior military and civil service.

    Experience working for or with the US Surface Navy.Experience with developing Order of Battle products for conventional and strategic military forces specifically related to ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and/or launch platforms.
