Family Support Worker
A non-profit organization aimed at empowering youth, families, seniors and communities in Ward 7, is currently seeking Family Support Workers who will be responsible the facilitation of assigned clients’ transition through the use of strengths-based approach to social work practice. He/she advocates for clients in education, child-care, housing, employment and court/ public systems. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required; HS Diploma/GED equivalent required; successful completion of the Family Development Credential within six (6) months of hire is required.
