The Coordinator supports the Head of Individual Giving and Membership in assuring attainment of membership sales and renewal goals.  Tasks are variable from week to week based on department needs and includes solicitation and member services, reporting/data management and special events Mastering the Tessitura fundraising database will be a key aspect of your success and productivity.    

A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is plus a minimum of two years’ experience in non-profit membership administration, preferably in a public museum or cultural institution.   Warm, professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with Museum members, the general public and staff will be integral to your success.  Experience accessing a development database is required (I.e. Tessitura, Raiser’s Edge)
