HUMINT Targeting Officer, Mid

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for serving as a HUMINT Targeting Officer (HTO) at US Army Operations Group (USAOG) Operations Support Division (OSD). Perform detailed open source and classified research, intelligence analysis, and application of HUMINT doctrine. Develop all-source Target Packages and perform detailed analytical support in response to customer Requests for Information (RFIs). Identify and nominate HUMINT targets and leads and produce detailed, actionable, and timely Lead Tenders, Lead Development Packages, Source Development Analysis, Source Validation Products, and time sensitive quick turnaround targeting support products. Represent AOG at working groups and analytical exchanges, when necessary.


Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with intelligence operations and its functions, processes, and documentation

-Experience with collection management and writing analytic products following IC directives and guidance.

-Experience with supporting HUMINT targeting initiatives

-Experience with intelligence automated systems, including imagery analysis, signals intelligence, and exploitation tools and libraries

-Knowledge of HUMINT operations

-Knowledge of Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations, including intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products
-Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Former MOS 35M or Service equivalent


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting HUMINT operations in CCMD or JTF

-Knowledge of DoD, CIA, DEA, FBI, and Departments of Treasury, and State programs and products

-Knowledge of IC targeting-centric databases, including Palantir, TAC, Analyst Notebook, HOT-R, DCGS-A, and other SIGINT databases in support of HUMINT Operations

-Possession of excellent written communication skills, including research and analytic
-Possession of excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material, including the use of multimedia presentations

-Specialized training from any Intelligence Collection and Analysis School or Certification

-Graduate of JHATC, FHTC, TNPC, or OHTC or similar F3EAD course


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
