 Position is in support of Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-231 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Position provides direct support to the Egypt E-2 Program Manager (PM)  and Deputy Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (DAPML).  Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities

1. Assists with analyzing contractual commitments, customer specifications, and related information to identify, document, and resolve maintenance and support requirements.

2.  Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

3. Assists in developing plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitoring tasks, to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.

4. Assists senior personnel in establishing and defining program requirements.

5. Monitors progress of program requirements.

6. Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

7. Draft program correspondense and handle the administration of letters for signature and filing.

8. Draft meeting minutes for Integrated Product Team (IPT)

9. Assists with maintaining appropriate records and prepares reports for the program office.

10. Assists in maintaining the Kuwait Program Management Database and monitors all Government and Contractor equipment.

11. Researches and identifies alternate sources for material procurements for program office. Liaisons with suppliers and equipment manufacturers as required.

12. Develops slide presentations for Program & Logistics Management Meetings.

13. Participates in special projects as required.

14.  Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.

 

15.  Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.

 

16.  Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

 

 

18. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

  

 

Must have an Interim or Secret Clearance and maintain.

Education Bachelors Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.

Qualifications 0-2 years of related experience in logistics, traffic and/or supply chain management.
