Serves as a top level technical or functional expert, often working on multiple projects and programs. 1. Serves as a top level technical or functional expert supporting one or more clients and unlimited user groups. 2. Performs highly specialized technical tasks associated with cutting-edge technologies. 3. Works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. 4. Applies expert functional knowledge and experience to significant business projects or processes. 5. May perform business development activities, including providing technical input to proposal efforts. 6. Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff. 7. May serve as a technical task or project leader. 8. May have supervisory responsibilities. 9. Maintains current knowledge of relevant developments in area of expertise. 10. Participates in special projects as required. Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related discipline. 2. Masters Degree preferred. Qualifications Required:
- 10 - 15 years or related experience TS SCI with Poly RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related fieldProven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesDemonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audienceProficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research toolsAbility to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this roleExperience designing, coordinating and conducting continuity exercises in accordance with (IAW) Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines. Research, formulate and document reconstitution and devolution strategies.Completion of the FEMA Continuity of Operations Excellence Series – Level 1 (Professional Continuity Practitioner) required. Completion of Living Disaster Recovery Planning System (LDRPS) commercial training or one (1) year documented experience using LDRPS Version 10.x is requiredBachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience and five (5) years of experience in performing one (1) or more of the following areas:
- Continuity of GovernmentContinuity of OperationsBusiness Continuity PlanningCrisis ManagementContinuity Strategic Planning and PolicyEnterprise Risk ManagementNational level homeland security or continuity of operations exercises.
- Masters DegreePrevious Federal Consulting experienceUnderstanding of fundamental cloud computing conceptsExperience with Information Assurance concepts and processes within the Federal government
