Responsible for the support of MSSP customers' systems and SOC systems' maintenance.


Requested Experience:
• Hands-on Active Directory and LDAP query experience

• Functional understanding of TCP/IP networks and firewalls

• Functional understanding of the following protocols: TCP, UDP, DNS, NetBIOS, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SSL


  • VMWare hands-on experience required
  • SAN administration hands-on experience required

• Functional understanding of database concepts

• Windows GPO management experience, including troubleshooting GPO conflicts

• Basic UNIX/Linux system administration experience

• Basic database administration experience

• Basic scripting experience

• Experience with the following technologies/products: Identity Management, SIEM, Authentication and SSO, System Monitoring and Alerting, Ticketing Systems, MSCS and Web Load Balancing solutions.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
•Solid organizational skills and strong customer service skills
•Proven to be proficient in system administration, security administration, or related technologies

Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Qualifications 5-8 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.
