Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Programmer Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Washington, DC 20005 location. The Programmer Analyst will be a member of the Data Management and Integrity Group (DMIG).

Responsibilities
• Maintain, monitor and interface with all domestic Bureaus regarding Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs)
• Collect and disseminate financial management and accounting information from and to Federal Bureaus using both GFMS and Data Warehouse

Required Qualifications
• HS/GED
• 2 years of IT professional experience as an analyst or programmer or business process analyst
• Experience with mainframe and/or client server based technologies & systems
• Experience with Federal Accounting
• Excellent customer/consulting experience
• Very good Microsoft office skills
• Very good Momentum skills
• Professional demeanor
• Great attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
• BS and/or MS in Accounting
• 5 years of professional accounting and reporting experience
• Proficient in the use of MS Access and Excel
• Familiarity with Treasury's Central Accounting Reporting System (CARS), Government wide Treasury Accounting System (GTAS), and Government Online Link System (GOALS) systems as well as the Departments GFMS (Momentum) and Data Warehouse
