Provide acquisition program analyst support planning, status and tracking of multiple acquisition activities for an Army product manager located at Ft Belvoir, VA.

Essential Job Functions:

Coordinating with multiple teams to synchronize numerous PM activities to, develop documentation required for acquisition concepts/strategies, acquisition requirement packages, acquisition plans, performance work statements, contract data requirements list, request for services contract approval packages.

Develop concept, strategy, information and decision briefs.

Develop all supporting documentation to support milestone decisions.

Establish reporting processes and standards and provide status reporting to PM leadership for multiple projects.

Coordinate with teams comprised of multiple contractor and US Government agencies.

Interface with higher staffs at the Project Manager and PEO level to include Army Contracting Command on status of activities.

Analyze and report monthly project status, risks, and strategies to higher command.

Participate in weekly product IPTs for planning.

Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data related to acquisition and product programs.

Requirements Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.

Bachelor's Degree and demonstrated 8-15 years of experience in DoD acquisition program management.

Knowledge of DoD acquisition statutory and regulatory requirements, and Army acquisition policy.

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.

Desired Skills:

DAU Coursework related to DoD Acquisition, Program Management, etc.
