Job Summary/Company:

Responsibilities: 

  • Providing technical support and direction for clients/customers
  • Receiving inbound calls
  • Customer service 

Qualifications/Background profile: 

  • Experience in either call center or help desk
  • Above average IT knowledge
  • Must have outgoing phone presence
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
