Targeter/Mission Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a multi-faceted targeter and intelligence analyst. Provide direct support to a client, driving complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priority threats to US national security. Develop specialized expertise to identify, analyze, and facilitate the penetration and disruption of international organizations and networks posing threats. Demonstrate expertise in the client's functional missions, including countering terrorism, proliferation, and narcotics, and an understanding of counterintelligence and regional expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in the intelligence community (IC)

-Knowledge of multi-INT collection platforms used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational, and tactical objectives

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IC software tools

-Ability to conduct 24x7x365 rotating shift work, including 1 week of a day shift 7 days in a row, 1 week of a swing shift 5 days in a row, and 1 week of a night shift 7 days in a row

-Ability to take part in domestic and international client sponsored deployments

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with law enforcement or other US government intelligence components preferred

-Knowledge of a foreign language preferred

-Knowledge of all source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis

-Knowledge of counterterrorism, counter-proliferation, counter-narcotics, and counterintelligence and regional analysis

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
