Regional Marketing Supervisor - Washington, DC/Tysons
Prestigious law firm with a strong presence in the DC/VA area has a need for a Regional Marketing Supervisor. The essential responsibilities include: supporting marketing programs including all aspects of event planning and logistics (including receptions, galas, seminars, and community support activities), develop and monitor budgets, drive internal firmwide communications, update attorney bios, participate in new hire orientations, prepare custom and semi-custom materials for client and prospective client opportunities, develop vendor relationships, assist with implementation and maintenance of region-specific practice group and industry sales team initiatives, and other responsibilities in support of the marketing team.
Candidate should have a minimum of five years experience in Legal Marketing or professional services in an administrative supervisor or coordinator role. A college degree is required in marketing or related field and event planning experience preferred. Strong MS Office skills required. Candidate should have excellent communication skills with a high degree of professionalism. The candidate will primarily work out of the firms DC office with one-two days in Tysons. There will be occasional needs to travel to Richmond. This is an exempt position.
