Scheduler/Legal Administrative Assistant
A prestigious DC law firm has an amazing opportunity for a Scheduler/ Legal Administrative Assistant to work closely with Senior Partners and staff providing administrative support. Candidate will manage the day-to-day scheduling, travel, and calendar events, prioritize client communication, manage daily workflow, manager conference rooms set-up and event planning, attorney time entry, and maintain client and attorney files.
Candidate should have a minimum of three years of partner level practice support management and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency with MS Office is required. Candidate needs to be very detail and task oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. Candidate needs to be pro-active and take ownership of their work and responsibilities. Hours are 8:30 - 5:00 and candidate should have flexibility to work OT as needed.
