The George Mason University Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA)--on the Fairfax, Va., campus--invites applications for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to fulfill the role of Client Services Specialist. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming phone calls from students and parents regarding their financial aid.

Required Qualifications: * Excellent customer service skills; * Energetic, positive attitude; * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; attention to detail; * Ability to answer and transfer incoming calls on a multi-line phone; * Ability to navigate through a computerized system to research student inquiries; and * Data entry proficiency.
