- Participate in and support the fielding and exercise support of the JLCCTC training system. Training and exercise support will be conducted at various sites throughout CONUS and OCONUS.Perform installation and/or operational training on one or more components of the JLCCTC training system. Components include: Scenario Generation, Parametric Data Management, WARSIM operator, BE Server, RUGUD, Global Mapper, Mission Command Adapter, Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM) Operator, ExCis, After Action Review System (AARS), and JLCCTC Upper Enclave.Provide onsite support during exercises and provide help desk support, when not on travel.Updating/editing lesson plans/Programs of Instruction (POI).Participate in the integration and stimulation of the Command and Control (C2) systems through network configuration and tactical messaging.
- 5-8 years of experience in networking, integration and/or systems engineeringKnowledge of training with constructive simulations and training in an integrated training environment.Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Installation and Systems Administration of Linux/Windows operating systems and SW applications;Experience with VMware, Splunk, CCNA and batch & shell scripting;DOD Cyber security efforts such as IAVA management, Vulnerability Scanning and mitigation; orAbility to provide instruction in the use of Constructive Simulations from a technical or Role-player perspective.
