Position is located at Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) supporting Directorate Staff in NIPO 02 (Security Cooperation).

Following is principal specific duties and responsibilities:

    Perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks to include, but not limited to, Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) analysis and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case documentation controls for composition, configuration, and serial number allocation on behalf of Security Cooperation Directorate Staff (NIPO 02) and Regional Divisions.Develop, analyze and monitor plans for the input, throughput and output of the Case Development process.Participate with International Specialists, Country Program Directors and Regional Division leadership in producing weekly case development reports to monitor essential FMS case milestones to insure contractual/project requirements are met for assigned programs.       Monitor and report offered and implemented cases in Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS). Ensure completeness and accuracy of current progression status and critical path implications.Produce accurate and timely daily reports for distribution to Regional Division leadership and Action Officers/Country Program Directors and participating Navy Systems Commands.Interact regularly with International Clients and Industry Representatives to provide current status on FMS case development progression.Direct Building Partner Capacity (BPC) cases via DSAMS to the assigned Action Officer for development of scope, terms and conditions and monitor status and progression.Assist as necessary in the Management and support of Directorate Travel to include international travel Passport and Visa requirements.

 4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

 5. Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

 6. May perform business development activities.

 7. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications 2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
