Assistant Director, Campus Ministry
The Assistant Director works with the Campus Ministry staff and students to provide programs and services that encourage the spiritual growth and development of Marymountâ€™s students. Reporting to the Director of Campus Ministry, coordinates the planning and implementation of programming, retreats, and outreach for the Office of Campus Ministry. The Assistant Director supports the work of the University Chaplain with Liturgy and Sacramental offerings and planning. This role calls for mentoring and advising. The Assistant Director oversees the Women of Faith Residence Hall Living and Learning Community. The position may supervise student employees.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two to three years related experience and/or training.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, the ability to work as part of a team, the ability to multitask, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Master’s degree completed from an accredited, four-year college or university.
