The George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School is seeking an experienced, energetic, and data-centric individual to fill the position of Assistant Dean for Admissions and Enrollment Management. Responsibilities: The Assistant Dean for Admissions and Enrollment Management, reporting to the Dean, or the Deans designee, is the chief admissions officer for the Law School. As the senior admissions and enrollment leader working closely with the Director of Admissions, the Director of Graduate Studies, and the Director of Marketing and Recruiting, the incumbent will have specific responsibilities for leading, managing, and directing law student recruitment and enrollment based on a combination of data analytics and experience.

Responsibilities: * Must have a masters degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; * Demonstrated mid- to upper-level, directly-related educational admissions experience (a minimum of three years is preferred); * Technical competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed; and * Innovative, strategic thinking, as well as the ability to manage the admissions office toward the goals of the law school.

Preferred Qualifications: * J.D., J.D. equivalent, or other advanced degree; * Demonstrated excellence with written and verbal communication, including ability to give presentations to large groups; * Prior experience supervising and motivating admissions staff; * Demonstrated understanding of enrollment management strategies in education, the relationship of financial aid and scholarships to enrollment goals, and admissions software and databases; * Experience with development of print and electronic marketing communications; and * Experience in graduate or professional school admissions office.
