This faced paced position will involve the effective management of a Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012 hierarchy on multiple enclaves supporting the overall cyber security of real work Special Operations missions. Daily operations include client maintenance, software distribution, and patch management. The candidate will work closely with network, application, and back-end teams to support product installations, customizations, and deployments. The candidate will also troubleshoot Configuration Manager specific issues related to both client and back-end servers and help to manage and maintain the Operating System Deployment (OSD) packages for application-specific server builds. The ideal candidate will be expected to develop new and maintain existing in-house tools to optimize client troubleshooting and reporting, familiarity with scripting technologies such as VBScript and/or Powershell is required. Familiarity with creation of custom SQL queries is also required. Off-shift coverage may be required for on-call support of systems and maintenance work in supported change windows.

Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
