Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or tasks.

 At this level, the position is typically responsible for managing multiple tasks or a single large project and supervising up to 25 employees ' both exempt and non-exempt and may include one or more subordinate supervisors. Technical difficulty/complexity of assigned tasks/projects may also affect level selection.

  1. Determine the current openings on an existing program and to forecast future openings.
  2. Reduce attrition rates by making intelligent, strategic, and business-oriented hiring decisions.
  3. Meet regularly with recruiter to discuss the open positions and the details surrounding those positions to include; the technical or educational requirements, the salary ranges, locations, and start dates.
  4. Track the hiring process in its entirety for each candidate interviewed.
  5. Work closely with the PSO to ensure that the candidate's clearance is current and in scope.
  6. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure that the candidate has the required 8570 and Computer Environment (CE) certifications are current.
  7. Review the list of employees on the contract on a regular basis to seek candidates for open positions.
  8. Extensive knowledge of human resources policies and procedures with regard to hiring, interviewing, on-boarding processes, and removal from a contract.
  9. Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.
  10. Supervises assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors.
  11. Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
  12. May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
  13. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
  14. Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.
  15. Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
  16. Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
  17. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
  18. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
  19. Participates in special projects as required.

Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

 2. Professional certification (PMP) preferred.

Qualifications 8-10 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
