The candidate Sr. Program Analyst will work with Business Office, Project and Program Managers.

  

1.    The candidate Sr. Program Analyst will work with Business Office, Project and Program Managers.

2.    Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

3.    Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

4.    Performs basic analysis of assigned contracts project staff hours, contract totals, revenues, and profit totals.

5.    Track actuals vs planned financial data and conduct trend analysis.

6.    Assist with other PMO financial analysis working with the Finance team.

7.    Assist with managing subcontractor funding, financial reporting and verifying their efforts on contract.

8.    Assist with monthly subcontractor invoices review to ensure program controls.

9.    Assist with preparation and creation of monthly subcontractor funding purchase requisitions.

10.  Assist in de-conflicting funding requirements and clearing invoices for payment.

11.  Assist as backup Timecard Administrator

12.  Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

13.  Participates in special projects as required.

14. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees.

 

 

 

 

 

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications 8-10 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
