• Develop and process weekly invoice files
• Make necessary adjustments to complete weekly pay/bill
• Enter monthly timecards for international support
• Run/review and reconcile weekly receipts submitted for reimbursement to the program
•Work with other administrator on reports
•Act as a backup to Program Manager
•Submit weekly invoice file to customer
•Make travel arrangements for Field Resources traveling on behalf of the customer when needed
•Review and research weekly invoice rejections from customer and drive to closure
•Lock and track billing to customer immediately note and correct any discrepancies found
•Reconcile payment to invoice when payments are made
•Great communication and listening skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Knowledge of computer systems
•Ability to work independently and with teams
•Ability to multi-task
