Summary: We are seeking a talented AWS Project Manager who can interface with clients and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

 

    Lead and facilitate meetings (technical and non-technical) involving multiple stakeholders
    Manage customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction
    Identify, escalate, and or resolve problems and ensure deliverables are met on a timely basis
    Proactively manage multiple projects and tasks
    Participate in special projects as required
    Actively participate in Agile Sprints
    Create and maintain business processes
    Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes
    Participate in IT change management activities
Education
    Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.Professional certification (PMP) preferred.
Qualifications
    8-10 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
    Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision or direction as well as part of a cross functional team
    Experience with creating client-ready deliverables (i.e. status reports, schedules, meeting minutes etc.) in Microsoft Office applications
    Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
    Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills; able to meet tight deadlines
    Ability to manage and adhere to schedules utilizing matrixed staff members
    Demonstrate initiative and commitment to customer service
    Ability to effectively work in a team
    Ability to explain technical implementation details to non-technical person in business terms
