Results-driven professional performs project management in a high-paced environment.

 1. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs.2. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).3. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.5. Interacts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.6. Performs business development activities.7. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility.8. Serves as a team or task leader.9. Participates in special projects as required. Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications 10-15 years of related finance or business analysis experience.


IT Project Management experience required.

 This position works closely with Government staff as part of the customer’s Project Management Office (PMO). Seeking a results-driven project management professional with notable success managing projects of various sizes and complexity. The candidate will provide technical expertise, analysis, recommendations and monitor the following:


1. Develop project documentation to include project charters, project management plans, work breakdown structures, requirements documentation, and schedules.

2. Communicate project status to all key stakeholders to include Requirements, Plans and Projects staff and leadership.

3. Provide analysis and assessment of customer’s current Project Management methodology and processes.

4. Develop standardized project management processes across HQ and all MSCs.

5. Develop an action plan of improvements.

6. Demonstrate effective organizational skills.

7. Display proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and other related software applications.

8. Display superior communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officers and Government civilians.

9. Demonstrate ability to quickly learn the intricacies of the customer environment.

10. Demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally with other organizations in order to successfully complete assigned projects.

A technical IT certification is required. PMP preferred.


PMP certification required within 6 months of hire.


Experience working in a military Headquarters preferred.


Working knowledge of MS Project is desired.


Active TS/SCI clearance required.
