The ideal candidate will have considerable experience with Conditions of Participations (CoPs) and Accreditation Process.
This position provides regulatory oversight for all 5 Home Health Business Lines, including 10 home health, 4 hospice, 7 medical transport , 1 infusion and a $100 million specialty pharmacy.

This is an exceptional career opportunity for BSN prepared RN who is ready to lead our great team in assuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

BSN Required.

Will consider RN with Associate's Degree or Diploma RN with the requirement to sign a BSN education agreement committing to enrollment in accredited RN to BSN program within 24 months of hire and successfully obtaining their BSN within 5 years of hire.


Occasional travel to all Sentara Home Care sites across the state.

Must have a minimum of 3 years Home Health or Hospice experience required.
2 years Supervisory experience required.

Responsible for survey preparedness and ongoing internal audits to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulatory and accreditation standards. Supervises the Mock Audit team to ensure that standards are appropriately interpreted and action plans are developed to be in compliance. Responsible for oversight of the ADR (Additional Development Request) process to ensure timely filing and appropriate response. Oversees the development and maintenance of clinical policies and procedures to assist with standardized practices in all practices in all settings specific to the programs. Develops and distributes regulatory newsletters to all programs

Education Level
Bachelor's Level Degree

RN candidates after November 30, 2018 will be required to have a BSN. RN hires prior to November 30, 2018 will be required to sign a BSN agreement committing to enrollment in accredited RN to BSN program within 24 months of hire and successfully obtaining their BSN within 5 years of hire.

Experience
Required: Home Health or Hospice Experience - 3 years.
2 Years Supervisory experience required.
