If the required information is provided in your resume, please direct the reviewer to the specific section of the document where this information can be found.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (MQS): To be rated qualified for this job, an applicant must meet all of the MQs listed below at the time of vacancy announcement closure.   1.     Four years of progressively responsible experience in engineering or large scale civil/structural engineering construction projects including administering project controls, records management, and maintaining construction project financials, budget, and schedules. One year of specialized experience in industrial/commercial construction project controls and administration is required.   2.    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering or Construction Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training that totals four years.     3. Must have a valid state driver’s license in good standing.      The qualifications listed below (if any) are preferred and may be considered in the selection process, but they are not required to be rated qualified for this job.   1.  Commonwealth of Virginia designation as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or verification of passing on the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination offered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) from the jurisdiction in which the examination was taken.
