Job Description:

Serve as senior advisor providing subject matter expertise, insight, and guidance towards critical matters relating to identity management and signature reduction. Find and recommend strategies, technologies, and opportunities when advising high level military and government leaders in innovative efforts in identify management. The incumbent will possess current knowledge of all aspects of identity management as well as institutional knowledge and education equivalent to a senior organization leader.

 

Requirements:

Leadership experience from an identity concerned U.S. Government program or division, having lead originations with multi-million dollar budgets

Subject matter expertise in digital identity, synthetic identity, identity projection and exploitation

Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience writing at an academic level

Understanding of and access to innovators in the field of data aggregation, institutions, and trends within the corporate identity vertical

Deep knowledge of the identity marketplace, stakeholders, participants, and the flow of identity information both within legal, gray, and black markets

Expertise in digital signature reduction strategies and state of the art open source research technologies

Experience working with the U.S. military, federal government, and state law enforcement on sensitive subject matters

Education Graduate degree in a related field. Post graduate or doctorate level education preferred

The successful candidate will have completed a combination of academic institutional programs and IC/Military courses

Qualifications 15-20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AREA OF EXPERTISE.

10+ years senior leadership in an identity concerned organization.

10+ years of directly related experience in identity systems design, administration and analysis

5+ years of training or curriculum design

Innovator in identity management

Operational and leadership level experience preferred.
