The MIL Corporation seek a Digital Analytics Consultant to support a Federal Government client at our Washington, DC 20005 location. The Digital Analytics Consultant will be responsible for client management, advanced implementations of audience measurement and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Wave Analytics, Qualtrics), auditing and troubleshooting existing configurations, reporting, dashboards, and education to improve clients' digital marketing initiatives.

• Identify client objectives and map suitable analytics solutions, ensure that all required performance metrics can be reliably tracked and reported
• Produce analytics audit reports for corrective or advanced tracking
• Deliver reports and findings to clients in-person and via conference calls
• Make recommendations to product teams on strategies for maximizing digital engagement and optimizing the customer experience across digital channels
• Educate clients on the importance of online measurement and provide best practice guidance for technical aspects of analytics
• Provide instruction on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking
• Produce marketing dashboards and executive presentations via Office 365 and APIs (e.g. Google Analytics) in collaboration with technical platform teams
• Train clients on the use of analytical and audience measurement tools including Suite 360 products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio), Wave Analytics and Qualtrics
• Contribute analytics expertise to projects aimed at modernizing clients' market intelligence and data visualizations products

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, marketing, or related field
• 3 to 5 years in a digital analytics consulting role
• Possess hands-on experience setting up and managing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new analytics, BI, survey, and audience measurement technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to present and consult with C-level clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects

Desired Qualifications
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
