ARMA-Global/GDIT is looking for Operations Backside Planners/Target Coordinators to augment exercise support for Task Force Integration training with Naval Special Warfare Group Two, TRIDENT series exercise.

The Operations Backside Planner/Target Coordinator will be responsible for performing the following:

    Coordinate with active and reserve military installations CONUS and OCONUS for ranges and targets in support of TRIDENT exercisesFull spectrum exercise design and developmentTailored scenario construction.Synchronize scenario operational objectives, intelligence, and synthetic geography.Synchronize scenario to integrate multiple and disparate units and organization.Plan and coordinate battle functions and effects to support operations.Complete installation and target packages for multiple maneuver elements within the Trident Exercise.Battle Rhythm planning and implementation modulesProficient with Exercise Control Group (ECG) management tools such as SharePoint, mIRC, Palintir and Ringtail among othersParticipate in After Action Reviews
Education Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years Joint Special Operations or SOF (NSW preferred) experience (0-3 or higher) or Non-Commissioned Officer with 15+ years Joints Special Operations or SOF (NSW preferred) experience (E-7 to E-9)

Qualifications TS/SCI Clearance

 

Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years Joint Special Operations or SOF (NSW preferred) experience (0-3 or higher) or Non-Commissioned Officer with 15+ years Joints Special Operations or SOF (NSW preferred) experience (E-7 to E-9)

Have the capabilities to interpret NSW training objectives and acquire target packages to meet training/exercise requirements

Experience in exercise planning and logistical backside support

Prior experience with training event design, planning and execution

 

Solid working knowledge of SOF skill sets

 

Proficient with Exercise Control Group (ECG) management tools such as SharePoint, mIRC, Palintir and Ringtail among others
